Circular No. 02/2013/TT-BCT dated January 18, 2013 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade providing import of raw material tobacco imported according to the quota regime in 2013

 

CIRCULAR

PROVIDING IMPORT OF RAW MATERIAL TOBACCO IMPORTED ACCORDING TO THE QUOTA REGIME IN 2013

 

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 95/2012/ND-CP, of November 12, 2012, defining functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade; 

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 12/2006/ND-CP, of January 23, 2006, detailing the implementation of the Commercial Law on international purchases and sales of goods, agency for sale and purchase, processing and transit of goods involving foreign parties; 

The Minister of Industry and Trade providing import of raw material tobacco imported according to the quota regime in 2013 as follows:

Article 1. The volume of raw material tobacco imported according to the quota regime

The volume of raw material tobacco imported according to the quota regime is 42,000 tons.

Article 2. The principle of licensing raw material tobacco import according to the quota regime

The traders shall be assigned quota for import of raw material tobacco as prescribed in the Circular No. 04/2006/TT-BTM, of April 06, 2006 of the Ministry of Trade (the Ministry of Industry and Trade now) guiding a few of contents specified in the Government’s Decree No. 12/2006/ND-CP, of January 23, 2006, detailing the implementation of the Commercial Law with respect to international purchases and sales of goods, agency for sale and purchase, processing and transit of goods involving foreign parties. 

Article 3. Effectiveness

This Circular takes effect from January 18, 2013 to December 31, 2013.
